PLACING ORDERS:

Each order request is reviewed by our experienced fencing team,  Although each  customer is responsible for their order, we like to help to ensure you have the materials you will need to successfully complete your fencing project.

Once reviewed, we send you a total quote for your order including shipping & handling.

Orders and payment options are accepted via telephone and fax.  A fax or email confirmation will be sent back to you with an estimated lead-time for delivery of your product.  Errors on the confirmation must be reported within 24 hours, otherwise Fence Wholesale Aluminum Fence will assume the order is correct.  If changes occur after 24 hours, the order will be subject to cancellation and restocking fees, which will be quoted at the time of the change.  Shipping numbers can be provided upon request to track your shipment.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment is by VISA, MC, DISCOVER or money orders will be accepted at no extra charge, for your convenience.  If using a credit card, your card will be charged in full when the order is placed.

CANCELLATION AND RESTOCKING FEES:
As mentioned above, any changes to orders placed after your initial confirmation has been received and accepted are subject to a fee of 35%.  The same fee applies to any items returned for restocking.  A return merchandise authorization must be on all packages for Fence Wholesale Aluminum Fence to accept the package.  The customer must prepay all freight.

Orders over $2000:
Free shipping on orders over $ 2000 shipped to these states: CT, DE, IN, KY, MA, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, TN, VA, WV

$50 shipping on orders over $ 2000 shipped to these states: AL, GA, IL, MS, SC, WI, VT, NH and ME.

$75 shipping on orders over $ 2000 shipped to these states: AR, FL, IA, LA, MN, MO

Orders under $2,000 and those West of the Mississippi:  
Due to the nature and size of fencing products all shipping costs are calculated after order placement.  After calculating the shipping cost you will be contacted for final approval of your order.

Handling Charge
There is a $75 Handling charge on all orders.  This covers the trucking company notification fees.

Delivery - Offloading Product from Trucks
It is the customer's responsibility to offload the freight truck when their order arrives.

SHIPMENT ERRORS:
Any errors or material shortages should be reported within 24 hours of deliver.  If the error was the fault of the manufacturer, no additional delivery charges will be assessed.  If the error was the customer’s fault, the appropriate delivery charges for the new items will be charged.  Any additional freight charge will be quoted to the customer.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION:
By placing an order with Fence Wholesale Aluminum Fence, the customer agrees this Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to its conflict of laws provisions, and the Customer (purchaser of fence materials) and the seller (Fence Wholesale Aluminum Fence) agree that the sole venue and jurisdiction for disputes arising from this Agreement shall be the appropriate state or federal court with jurisdiction over East Windsor, New Jersey, the registered office of Fence Wholesale Aluminum Fence, and the Customer and seller hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
